Our high quality and low priced Arabica coffee is delivered green in 60 kilogram bags in Fair Average Quality and can be accompanied by a certificate of approval under the GCA standards employed by the New York Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (CSCE).
All of our coffee products come with a Cross Atlantic Commodities Inc quality inspection certificate and a sample evaluation.
The sample evaluation describes the quality using a sensory chart. The sensory chart gives our customers a laboratory test result for: Finish, Flavor, Body, Acidity, and Aroma
The Cross Atlantic Commodities Inc. inspection certificate is issued once the coffee is tested in the United States using the latest testing equipment. The coffee will only be issued an inspection certificate after having been tested for: Total Moisture Content, Water Activity, Defect Count, Bean Size Distribution, Bean Color, Foreign Odor
